Frequently Asked Questions
Our Games
What types of games does Spot On Games create?
Spot On Games creates engaging games that are easy to learn, quick to enjoy, and welcoming to a wide range of players. We believe game night should feel fun and approachable, not complicated or intimidating. Each game is designed to encourage conversation, laughter, strategy, and friendly competition while giving players meaningful time together. Whether you are planning a relaxed evening at home, hosting friends, bringing generations together, or searching for something new to play, our games are created to make it easier for everyone to join in and enjoy the experience.
What games have you created?
Our collection includes That’s Spot On!, a bluffing, bidding, and strategy dice game inspired by the excitement of Liar’s Dice. Players must read the table, protect their poker faces, and decide when it is time to call “Spot On!” We also offer Spot & Snap Safari, a playful family adventure in which players race through the reserve, track elusive animals, and try to complete their Safari Photo Albums first. Each game offers a different experience, but both are built around interaction, replayability, and bringing people together around the table.
Are Spot On Games suitable for different ages and abilities?
Our mission is to design games that are accessible and enjoyable for players across different ages, abilities, and levels of gaming experience. We focus on clear rules and approachable gameplay so that new players can feel comfortable joining in without an overwhelming learning process. At the same time, strategy, surprises, and player interaction help keep the experience engaging for those who play games regularly. Because every household and player is different, we recommend reviewing the age guidance, player information, and other details listed on each product page when choosing the best game for your group.
Where can I find instructions for each game?
Every Spot On Games title includes printed instructions to help you understand the setup, rules, and flow of play. You can also visit the How to Play section of our website for game directions and other helpful information. We recommend reading through the complete instructions before beginning your first round, then keeping them nearby while everyone becomes familiar with the game. Once you understand the basic flow, our games are designed to be easy to continue playing. If you still have a question about a rule, contact us at support@spotongames.com and we will be happy to help.
Track Order
Can I preorder a new game?
Yes, select upcoming games may be made available for preorder before their official release. When a preorder is open, the product page will clearly identify the item as a preorder and provide the anticipated release or shipping timeframe available at that time. Preorder dates are estimates and may change if production, freight, or other circumstances affect availability. Because preorder products are not yet ready to ship, they do not follow our regular 1–2 business day processing schedule. Please review all preorder information on the product page carefully before completing your purchase.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock retail orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. This processing period refers to the time needed to prepare your package and does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with available tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, especially during busy seasons. If the status remains unchanged for more than 3 days, feel free to contact our support team—we’ll help you check the progress of your package and ensure it’s on the way to you.
Preorder products and larger wholesale orders may require additional processing time. Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are not guaranteed, and delays caused by weather, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a game?
You may return an eligible game within 30 calendar days of the date it was delivered. To qualify, the game must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase must also be included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and both original and return shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the receipt until your return has been processed. Please review our complete Return Policy or contact us before mailing your return.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order shortly after delivery and contact us promptly if a game is damaged, defective, missing, or different from what you ordered. Email support@spotongames.com with your order number, a clear explanation of the problem, and photographs showing the affected product and its shipping packaging. Please keep the product and all original packaging until our team has finished reviewing your claim.
Account Info
Where can I purchase Spot On Games in person?
Visit the Store Locator on our website to find participating retailers that carry Spot On Games. Because each retailer manages its own inventory and selects which products to stock, availability may vary by store and location.
If you are looking for a specific game, we recommend contacting the retailer before making a special trip. You can also purchase available games directly from our website and have them shipped to your address.
Do you offer wholesale ordering for retailers?
Yes. Our wholesale program is available to approved businesses with a physical brick-and-mortar retail location. Online-only businesses are not eligible at this time. Wholesale games are sold by the case, with That’s Spot On! ordered in multiples of 6 games and Spot & Snap Safari ordered in multiples of 8 games. Retailers interested in carrying our products can visit the Wholesale page to review the complete program terms and submit an application. Applications are reviewed individually, and submitting an application does not guarantee account approval.
