Our wholesale program is available to approved brick-and-mortar retailers. Please review the ordering requirements and program terms.
Eligibility & Approval
Our wholesale program is available to qualified brick-and-mortar retailers offering our games in their physical stores. Online-only businesses are not eligible at this time.
Applicants must provide:
- Contact name
- Business name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Store address
- Business website
- Resale certificate or tax-exemption documentation, if requested
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Spot On Games reserves the right to approve or decline any wholesale application.
Pricing & Ordering
Approved retailers receive wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing cannot be combined with retail discounts, promotions, or other offers. Prices are subject to change.
Products are sold by the case in the following quantities:
- That’s Spot On!: Multiples of 6 games
- Spot & Snap Safari: Multiples of 8 games
Orders that do not meet these case requirements may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled.
Payment is due when the order is placed unless other arrangements have been approved in writing. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Approved retailers may order directly through Spot On Games or use our Faire ordering link. Orders placed through Faire are subject to Faire’s pricing, payment, shipping, return, and marketplace terms.
Processing & Shipping
Wholesale orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Larger orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order’s size, weight, destination, and available carrier rates. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Spot On Games is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Returns & Resale Terms
Wholesale orders are final sale unless products arrive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Order issues must be reported to support@spotongames.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the products and shipping packaging. We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement, account credit, or refund is appropriate.
Products are approved for resale through the physical retail location listed on the wholesale application. Products may not be sold through third-party marketplaces, auction websites, or other online channels without prior written permission.
Spot On Games may change wholesale pricing, case quantities, program requirements, or these terms at any time. We may suspend or close an account for failure to follow these terms, misuse of wholesale pricing, unauthorized resale, or conduct that may harm the Spot On Games brand.
